Finalists in the Golden Thread selection

Knitting a golden thread with our employees.

After a year in which the world faced a number of new challenges, we are very excited that the Golden Thread shone brightest on the successes of GEN-I, regardless of circumstances. Some of those successes have already become common practice. This year, we were again selected among the finalists for the title of best employer. 

The Golden Thread research project recognizes and promotes the best employers on the basis of a simple, verified and credible measurement of the quality of the relationship between an organization and its employees. An employee questionnaire is an element of this process, in which employees are given the opportunity to describe their relationship with their employer.  

The responses from our employees and an assessment by an expert committee ranked us as one of the seven most respected Slovenian employers among large companies. Those companies included Automatic servis, Danfoss Trata, Kostak, Pomgrad, Telemach and Varis Lendava.
